Location and Schedule:
Based in the Mediterranean, this role demands flexibility to accommodate seasonal schedules and client preferences, ensuring a seamless and luxurious yachting experience.
Responsibilities:
Command the super yacht, ensuring all operations adhere to the highest standards.
Navigate through Mediterranean waters, optimising routes for safety and experience.
Lead and manage the yacht crew, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Uphold Avenir Concierge’s standards of luxury and discretion in all aspects of the voyage.
Qualifications:
Certified Master of Yachts 200GT/500GT or equivalent, with significant experience in super yacht command.
Comprehensive knowledge of Mediterranean maritime laws, weather patterns, and sea routes.
Proven track record in luxury yacht management and crew leadership.
Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Arabic required, with abilities in additional languages preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification, with a strong commitment to safety protocols.
