Location and Schedule:
Situated in Geneva, Switzerland, this role demands flexibility to accommodate a dynamic and sometimes irregular schedule, necessitating availability beyond standard working hours to meet client demands.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and executing diverse client requests, from routine tasks to complex arrangements.
Coordinate with external partners, including luxury goods suppliers, event organisers, and travel agencies, to fulfill client needs.
Contribute to the planning and execution of exclusive events and experiences for clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client preferences, requests, and transactions.
Provide support in travel planning and itinerary management for clients.
Offer assistance in handling client inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on service excellence.
Collaborate with the wider concierge team to share insights and knowledge about luxury trends and client preferences.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably within the luxury sector.
Fluency in English and French, with additional language skills being beneficial.
Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
